The Collaborative Education Alternative Program (CEAP) Learning Centre provides a family-friendly facility for primary, intermediate, middle, secondary and adult students and their families. CEAP is licensed by the BC Ministry of Education to provide distributed learning services to students both within and beyond the limits of the School District 69 Qualicum boundaries.
Our Commitment
We are dedicated to supporting all learners, including school-aged children, cross-enrolled students and adult learners. We offer educational guidance, instruction and resource support, respecting and valuing collaboration between all those who support our students’ learning. The CEAP program framework adheres to the Ministry of Education directives for Distributed Learning Programs.
Prior to enrollment, a signed “Collaborative Commitment” must be on file at CEAP. The agreement outlines teacher, parent, and student roles and responsibilities. CEAP staff is dedicated to helping students and families find options to fulfill their educational growth opportunities.
